PLIÉ TO PASSÉ
Thighs, hips, core and calves.
With one hand on the back of a chair, start in a plié in first position, heels lifted high and knees over your toes. Straighten your left leg, keeping that heel high as you lift your right knee to the side and bring your big toe to touch the side of your left knee. Lower back to first position, trying not to let the heel of the supporting leg drop. Repeat on the other leg.
15-20 reps each leg.
