OK, I admit I’ve been the “new diet Monday” type many times. And most of this has been inspired by my weekends of excess. I wake on Monday from a sugar fog, regretting the burgers and gelatos of the weekend. So I pull out the juice bullet, throw on the trainers and start a week of healthy living – only to sabotage it all over again on Friday night. If this routine sounds all too familiar, we have some advice for you (see page 8).
