I con­fess: I’m a se­rial di­eter. Not (al­ways) be­cause I want to shift ki­los – many of the di­ets I start on a Mon­day and ditch by Wed­nes­day can be for health rea­sons (ask me later how my “new year, new ve­gan me” went). The rea­son my di­ets don’t last is be­cause they’re ridicu­lous, fad­dish, im­pos­si­ble or all of the above. I wanted to see which of the lat­est di­ets ac­tu­ally work, are healthy and, well, “stick­able”. So body+soul called in the ex­perts and asked them to rank what are be­ing tipped as 2016’s fave di­ets.
