Finally – a diet that includes coffee and chocolate. Take my word for it, the Sirtfood diet (see page 4) is destined to become the
healthy eating program for 2016. And while it will lure its legion of followers with its promise of weight loss, it seems to be based on some solid science, and allows participants to eat a wide range of food.
