healthy eat­ing pro­gram for 2016. And while it will lure its le­gion of fol­low­ers with its prom­ise of weight loss, it seems to be based on some solid sci­ence, and al­lows par­tic­i­pants to eat a wide range of food. This is­sue also points to that small light at the end of the school hol­i­days tun­nel: It’s time to get the prog­eny kit­ted out for a new school year (page 15) and start get­ting en­thused for the daily lunch­box grind (page 14). But there’s still a few days to com­mune with na­ture with the kid­dies – for some great ideas turn to page 10. En­joy!
