sun­shine, white sand and turquoise wa­ters. The hard­est thing is to de­cide what wine to have with your food. The best part is there’s no phone or in­ter­net so a five-day es­cape feels like a two-week break. Where did you go for your first trip over­seas? SB: Fiji with my then-hus­band and two kids. I was 25 with my youngest child in nap­pies – the ca­sual beach en­vi­ron­ment was per­fect tim­ing for toi­let train­ing. How­ever, it was also my most dis­as­trous trip – there was some food poi­son­ing, a pool with no wa­ter and the babysit­ter not telling us she was tak­ing the chil­dren to the park – that was a scary mo­ment! What is the best place you’ve ever stayed? SB: The most amaz­ing place was Trump SoHo, New York. One side of our room had a view of the Hud­son River and from the bath­room we could see straight down to Times Square.

The first night we stayed there, we or­dered room ser­vice and watched the sun set over the Hud­son River. It was in­cred­i­bly ro­man­tic. Have you had a stand­out mo­ment that will stay with you al­ways? SB: My girl­friend got mar­ried on the tiny is­land of Hy­dra in Greece.
