More than 60,000 peo­ple con­verge on the Amamoor Creek State For­est Park, two hours north of Bris­bane, on the last week­end in Au­gust, as it trans­forms into a pop-up town for four days of good times and the cream of Aus­tralian coun­try mu­sic.

The Muster is a com­mu­nity-run, not-for-profit event. A true coun­try fes­ti­val with a largely ru­ral au­di­ence and a great fam­ily get­away (kids un­der 12 free), it fea­tures a mam­moth bill of coun­try, roots, acous­tic and rock acts.
