Judith tries out her sister act

Sunday Tasmanian - Tassie Living - - Television - BRITTANY STACK

JUDITH Lucy grew up in a Catholic family and wanted to be a nun. By the time she left school she was an atheist. Now she isn’t sure what to believe. So she’s going back to the beginning or Genesis to embark on a religious and spiritual journey and ask all those important life questions.

Each episode is sprinkled with jokes, of course, most are at her own expense.

But Lucy ( pictured) also proves to be a skilled interviewer, her genuine curiosity drawing the most from her subjects, from former footballer Brett Kirk to female Aboriginal elders in Alice Springs and Buddhists in India.

Here’s hoping the jokes get funnier than the stinkers in tonight’s debut episode.
