Hit refresh to give your brain a rest
Take a break: Every hour or two, take 10 minutes away from all computer screens to ‘‘ reset the brain’’.
Exercise: Sitting in front of a screen for hours at a time is understandably unhealthy and what affects the body affects the mind. Jump around, go outside or go for a walk to break the cycle.
Set limits: Placing some limits on your availability eases the ‘‘ fear of missing out’’. If you have a free weekend, tell your contacts you’re offline for 24 hours and relish in it.
