In the weeks lead­ing up to Christ­mas, she’s adding to her range with a fes­tive fruit and nut Christ­mas cake – a lux­u­ri­ously rich fruit cake made from al­mond meal, or­ange zest and fruit, a fig and gin­ger pan­forte and an­other of Tas­ma­nian wal­nuts and honey, plus Bel­gium choco­late Christ­mas Cheers Balls as well as her goldmedal- win­ning Bad Boy Brown­ies and ir­re­sistible al­mond and cran­berry clus­ters.

And, of course, she can package them up as in­dul­gent Christ­mas presents and ham­pers.
