In­ter­na­tion­al­ly­lyrenowned chef Yo­tam Ot­tolenghi ( right) is head­ing g back to his home­town of Jerusalem to ex­plore its rich food ood cul­ture, dat­ing back hun­dreds of years. The Is­raeli- born chef vis­its lo­cal restau­rants and homes, where he cre­ates pop­u­lar dishes which de­fine the e city’s tra­di­tions, from falafel to hum­mus and kibbeh soup, up, as well as ex­plor­ing what mod­ern Jerusalem has to of­fer. Ot­tolenghi has re­leased two best- sell­ing cook­books, oks, and is fa­mous for his chain of Lon­don delis in Not­ting Hill, Kens­ing­ton, Bel­gravia and Is­ling­ton.
