Internationallylyrenowned chef Yotam Ottolenghi ( right) is heading g back to his hometown of Jerusalem to explore its rich food ood culture, dating back hundreds of years. The Israeli- born chef visits local restaurants and homes, where he creates popular dishes which define the e city’s traditions, from falafel to hummus and kibbeh soup, up, as well as exploring what modern Jerusalem has to offer. Ottolenghi has released two best- selling cookbooks, oks, and is famous for his chain of London delis in Notting Hill, Kensington, Belgravia and Islington.
