Ev­ery restau­rant the chef has ever opened has earnt three stars. He’s chas­ing the same with his Mel­bourne restau­rant, At­lantic. Tonight’s ‘ vic­tims’ must pre­pare six dishes from that menu, in­clud­ing the most dif­fi­cult dish on of­fer.
