+ GINGER & CHAI

Add ¼ tea­spoon ground ginger to the ba­sic mac­aron mix­ture. Add ¼ tea­spoon mixed spice, 1 tea­spoon cin­na­mon and ½ tea­spoon ground ginger to the but­ter­cream mix­ture.

+ PIS­TA­CHIO & CHOCO­LATE

Sub­sti­tute ½ cup ( 60g) al­mond meal in the ba­sic mac­aron mix­ture for pis­ta­chio meal. Add 1 ta­ble­spoon cocoa pow­der to the ba­sic but­ter­cream mix­ture.

+ TIPS & TRICKS

Draw 4cm cir­cles onto the non- stick bak­ing pa­per with a pen­cil. When you pipe the mac­aron rounds onto the trays, use the cir­cles as a guide.
