Boot camp, MasterChef- style, wraps up in South Aus­tralia’s Barossa Val­ley with a mas­ter class which show­cases not only the area’s best pro­duce, but also two of its most pop­u­lar two- legged lo­cals: Fa­mous foodie Mag­gie Beer and Wil­liam Wood, the co- owner and head pas­try chef of Carême. Mag­gie, Gary Me­hi­gan and Ge­orge Calom­baris keep it savoury with Mag­gie’s clas­sic roast pork, mash and quail with vine leaves, with Wood wrap­ping it up with sweet pas­try rasp­berry tart.
