+ THIS DENSE CAKE will naturally sink and crack a little while it cools in the tin. Cool completely before removing. + ALLOW THE ICING, to completely before spreading over the melt- and-mix cake. + FOR THE TRAY BAKE, refrigerate the icing for 15 minutes. Whisk for one minute, until the icing has thickened, and spread over the cake. + LEAVE THE ICING at room temperature before serving with the mud cake. + YOU CAN FREEZE the uniced tray cake and melt- and- mix cake for up to two months. + IT IS BEST to store the mud cake at room temperature. If you refrigerate the other cakes, bring them to room temperature before serving.
