Ian Fowler is a 13th- generation cheesemaker from a Warwickshire, UK, family whose cheesemaking heritage dates back to 1676. He’s just started making cheese on his bush property a few minutes inland from St Helens using milk from a long- established dairy in nearby Gould Country.
