Sunday Tasmanian - Tassie Living - - TASTE -

Ian Fowler is a 13th- generation cheesemaker from a Warwickshire, UK, family whose cheesemaking heritage dates back to 1676. He’s just started making cheese on his bush property a few minutes inland from St Helens using milk from a long- established dairy in nearby Gould Country. His cheeses are distinctively different, top class and are now beginning to be stocked in Hobart under his Fowler Cheese label. Try Aproneers.
