Chris Bade­noch, MasterChef Aus­tralia’s orig­i­nal res­i­dent vil­lain, plays hero tonight host­ing the top six at his Josie Bones restau­rant in Melbourne. But the six aren’t en­joy­ing lunch at Bade­noch’s “nose to tail” restau­rant and bar. In­stead, they are pre­par­ing it. The con­tes­tants must pro­duce two of Bade­noch’s meat dishes from his menu, and come up with a veg­etable cre­ation of their own to com­pli­ment the of­fer­ings.
