Tune in for this insider’s view of life in a hospital, where ere you’d think it’s the patients who present all the problems lems for the nurses who work there. Not so tonight for matriarchal ward manager Eileen who, as well as juggling patients, doctors, budgets and demand for beds, is grappling with managing her talented recruit, newly qualified staff nurse Tanya ( right).
