Things are al­ways hot in the Iron Chef kitchen and this week two chefs – Chen Kenichi and Tet­su­toshi Shi­mazu – en­gage in a bat­tle of the burn­ers to cre­ate a multi- course meal us­ing squid. While the dishes are sim­ply ex­tra­or­di­nary, the real en­ter­tain­ment comes from the hi­lar­i­ous English nar­ra­tion and voiceovers and, of course, from colour­ful host Takeshi Kaga ( pic­tured).
