Matt Mo­ran ( pic­tured) has been cook­ing for more than 25 years – and his pas­sion shines through in his first foray into tele­vi­sion ele­vi­sion since leav­ing MasterChef Aus­tralia. He’s clearly en­joy­ing ying es­cap­ing the con­fines of the kitchen to show where he be­lieves the best dishes be­gin. Along the way, he turns rns up some very hu­man sto­ries of the peo­ple who de­liver er some of the best pro­duce in Aus­tralia. First stop is the e Yarra Val­ley, where Mo­ran, a coun­try boy, dis­cov­ers his ex­pe­ri­ence milk­ing cows as a young­ster doesn’t quite e pre­pare him for milk­ing salmon for their roe.
