CRICKET tragic Adam Zwar ( pictured) pads up – literally terally – to tackle the infamous Bodyline Test series of 1932 and nd 1933, when hostilities between the English and Australian n teams escalated to an all- time high on and off the pitch. It was born out of a tactic the English called “fast leg theory”, which they’d come up with to topple our ur own Don Bradman. As the bruises, near- misses and d malice mounted, the Aussies called it Bodyline. Zwar’s war’s documentary is a bit of a self- indulgent boyhood fantasy antasy but some big names, bruises and hi- tech computer r stuff make it palatable for fellow cricket tragics.
