JAY AND EMMA PATEY have sold the pop­u­lar Pi­geon Hole Café to con­cen­trate on their very suc­cess­ful Pi­geon Whole Bak­ery. The new own­ers are Richard and Belinda We­ston, of We­ston Farm in Brighton where they grow many of the fresh and un­usual baby veg­eta­bles we see on menus at Garag­istes, Ethos and, of course, Pi­geon Hole.
