JAY AND EMMA PATEY have sold the popular Pigeon Hole Café to concentrate on their very successful Pigeon Whole Bakery. The new owners are Richard and Belinda Weston, of Weston Farm in Brighton where they grow many of the fresh and unusual baby vegetables we see on menus at Garagistes, Ethos and, of course, Pigeon Hole.
