Sunday Tasmanian - Tassie Living - - TV -

ABC1, 8.30pm

THIS daggy, gentle dramedy gains a bit of edge when the midwifery unit that takes care of a women’s jail is taken out by the flu. “I dare say it would be quite fascinating to be surrounded by hardened criminals,” raves Trixie ( Helen George), but she’s less enthusiastic about the idea after she gets nits. No, it’s not exactly Prisoner, is it? The biggest crime in this episode is the fact Chummy ( UK comedian Miranda Hart) doesn’t turn up until it’s half over.

TDT, 9pm

OLIVIA ( Mariska Hargitay, pictured) has a real habit of taking g work home with her. Or in this case, of taking work to her therapist’s st’s office. The SVU cop asks her shrink to evaluate a young mother ther who has repressed memories of childhood abuse. When the e woman busts into one of Liv’s therapy sessions and starts to o disrobe, any chance of Olivia working through her relationship hip issues with Brian ( Dean Winters) seem ruined.
