JAMIE wheels his mobile pub – The Cock in Cider – back out onto the road to pick up comedian Jennifer Saunders so he’s got someone to chat to while he cooks a massively complicated dish on a gas camp stove. It turns out to just be the stuffing for the Porchetta, demonstrating this definitely isn’t going to be a 15- minute meal. Jimmy makes cider, and his old mate Dexter Fletcher – who has had a hard life by the looks of him – drops by.

SBS ONE 7.30pm

TONIGHT, Luke ( pictured) visits a chateau, the first in life, and nd tries some of chef Pierre Basso Moro’s bresse chicken. “I’m speechless,’’ chless,’’ he says. But even the most tolerant Francophile food lover will find this travelogue verges dangerously close to deathly dull ( it’s s not a patch on his Vietnam trips). It’s strange, too. Surely when you’re in France, you should cook French food?
