SKINWALKER RANCH ( MA)

Stars: Jon Gries, Steve Berg Director: Devin McGinn Available: Now on DVD and Blu- ray

The seemingly supernatural disappearance of a rancher’s son sparks a paranormal investigation in this “found footage” horror- thriller which throws a lot of supernatural nonsense at the screen meant to spook you – none of which does.

INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS ( M)

Stars: Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan Director: Ethan Coen, Joel Coen Available: Now on DVD and Blu- ray

So well- written and oh- so- well crafted, this Coen Brothers treasure about a struggling folk muso trying to earn a living in New York in the early 1960s feels like it’s about everything and nothing at the same time.

ROBOCROC

Stars: Corin Nemec, Lisa McAllister Director: Arthur Sinclair Available: Now on DVD

A typically awful made- for- US telly sci- fi horror about a giant croc that turns into a monster human chomper after getting infected by nanobots. This is a D- grade stinker complete with all the tacky genre trimmings.

THE WOLF OF WALL STREET ( R)

Stars: Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill Director: Martin Scorsese Available: Now on DVD and Blu- ray

Master director Martin Scorsese gives us cinema in the extreme with his darkly comedic adaptation of dodgy stockbroker Jordan Belfort’s autobiography, which is all about the sex, drugs and finance … and sex … and drugs … and sex.
