Waipara Val­ley, NZ 13.0 per cent A BIG pun­gent hit of ripe trop­i­cal-fruit aro­mas and fl avours in typ­i­cal, im­me­di­ately ap­peal­ing NZ style, all up­front with­out much fol­low through but a touch softer and smoother and not as hard and acidic- fi nish­ing as most.


2012 Sauvignon Blanc $ 25

Ta­mar Val­ley, Tas 12.7 per cent LESS ex­u­ber­antly aro­matic than most sauv blancs but with a beau­ti­fully tex­tured palate show­ing a lovely depth of cit­rus, as­para­gus and herbal fl avours with age adding a faint hint of honey to a fi nish that is long, de­li­ciously juicy and mouth- fi lling.


2013 Sauvignon Blanc $ 25

Fr­eycinet Coast, Tas 13.5 per cent A GOLD medal and tro­phy win­ner with their fi rst ever sauv blanc. A very refi ned and el­e­gant style with suc­cu­lent guava, herbal and slight pep­pery notes en­livened by tangy acid­ity, a light touch of oak adding tex­ture, depth and com­plex­ity to the palate and fi nish.

Or­ange, NSW 12.0 per cent ZESTY lime and grape­fruit aro­mas and fl avours adding a lovely cit­rus lift and fresh­ness to the un­der­ly­ing trop­i­cal fruits on a light­weight palate be­fore fi nish­ing long, clean and crisply re­fresh­ing, mak­ing for a very en­joy­able thirst- quencher.
