MOST citrus trees will be looking a little yellow at the moment, in most cases this is due to the cold temperatures. Mulching the tree with a good dose of compost will help to insulate the root zone and provide a good supply of nutrients. It is a good time to clear the stem by pruning off any young branches that have grown near the base of the tree. This will allow good air circulation which will help prevent infestation of pest insects such as scale.
