Went­worth ramps it up in the penul­ti­mate episode of sea­son two, with Bea ( Danielle Cor­mack, pic­tured) to un­leash her re­venge plan and be­come top dog. Mean­while, Fletch ( Aaron Jef­fery) is fight­ing for his own sur­vival and might just have found the lever he needs in Fer­gu­son ( Pamela Rabe). Speak­ing of The Freak, both she and Franky ( Ni­cole da Silva) are ready for Bea, but have they un­der­es­ti­mated her?

The fifth in­stal­ment of this am­bi­tious and long- run­ning se­ries checks in with eight kids, filmed since their first year of life, as part of a sci­en­tific ci­en­tific study of 10,000 Aus­tralian chil­dren. Daniel, Joshua, Wy­att, Anas­ta­sia, as­ta­sia, Sophia, De­clan, Ben and Shine are now nine, and ex­ert­ing their r in­de­pen­dence. It’s a test for them, and their par­ents, as del­i­cate te bound­aries are pushed and re­de­fined. As ado­les­cence edges closer, the re­al­i­ties of the adult world are in­trud­ing ever more. It’s a fas­ci­nat­ing fly- on- the wall up­date.
