These rus­tic loaves are the ul­ti­mate cakes to slice and serve freshly baked. They’re de­li­ciously soft in the cen­tre but de­velop lovely golden edges with the per­fect amount of crunch. We’ve added oats, nuts and grated vegeta­bles, mak­ing them a lit­tle more whole­some. Spread with but­ter and en­joy a bal­anced morn­ing or af­ter­noon treat.
