THE re­cently com­pleted Tas­ma­nia Unbottled event, the in­dus­try’s an­nual road­show of tast­ings, din­ners and master­classes in Mel­bourne, Syd­ney and Bris­bane, was again very suc­cess­ful. Wine Tas­ma­nia CEO Sheralee Davies ( left) says it had a strong trade at­ten­dance in Mel­bourne and Syd­ney and a great re­sponse from the public in all three cities. With more than 150 wines, to­gether with three cider pro­duc­ers, TasPrime oys­ters, the Maria Is­land Walk and shore­tours.com.au, this year’s event pro­vided a much broader Tas­ma­nian of­fer­ing, show­cas­ing link­ages between Tas­ma­nia’s tourism, food and wine at­trac­tions.
