Ac­tion man Kayne Tremills treks to one of the most re­mote places on Earth and reck­ons he’ll in­tro­duce you to stuff you’ll never learn about in school, such as a wa­ter­fall that “runs red like blood”. He also marvels at the snow pe­trel, which has a re­mark­able de­fence mech­a­nism. It pro­tects its nest by smear­ing it in stinky stom­ach oil. It’s like dec­o­rat­ing the out­side of your house with your own vomit, Tremills says.

No doco host in his­tory comes close to Sir David At­ten­bor­ough ugh ( pic­tured) when it comes to ac­co­lades. Sure, his achieve­ments nts in broad­cast­ing are ex­tra­or­di­nary, but he doesn’t do the job on n his own.
