Tonight’s pres­sure test doesn’t sound chal­leng­ing – it’s a car­rot cake. But the three weak­est com­peti­tors who must repli­cate this sweet treat won’t get an easy ride. This seem­ingly hum­ble dish is pretty amaz­ing, and was named Dessert of the Year in 2014, crafted by ris­ing star chef Anna Polyviou of Syd­ney’s Shangri- La Ho­tel.
