Tonight, Anja Tay­lor tests the claim that just six min­utes of su­per­charged ex­er­cise a week can dra­mat­i­cally im­prove health and en­durance (as op­posed to the rec­om­mended 150 min­utes of more gen­tle ef­fort). The re­sults are im­pres­sive.
