A TWELFTH sea­son of Bones may be in doubt, af­ter stars of the se­ries Emily Deschanel and David Bore­anaz (both above) launched a law­suit against Fox Tele­vi­sion, ac­cus­ing the net­work of cheating them out of tens of mil­lions of dol­lars.

FOX has closed a de­vel­op­ment deal for Rambo: New Blood, a TV se­ries based on the hit movie fran­chise. Rambo star Sylvester Stallone (right) has re­port­edly signed on ex­ec­u­tive pro­duc­ing the se­ries. No word yet on if he will also star in it.

COLD Case star Danny Pino will re­turn to CBS with a star­ring role op­po­site Mary El­iz­a­beth Win­stead in comic thriller Brain Dead, an up­com­ing se­ries from The Good Wife cre­ators Robert and Michelle King.

CUR­TIS ‘50 Cent’ Jackson (be­low) has signed on for ex­ec­u­tive pro­ducer du­ties and a re­cur­ring role in a still-in-de­vel­op­ment sin­gle cam­era com­edy ti­tled My Friend 50. The pro­posed show re­volves around Amanda Kramer, an un­sta­ble 20-some­thing who be­lieves join­ing 50 Cent’s en­tourage is the an­swer to all her prob­lems.
