I kind of knew Heston Blumenthal was a crazy genius chef, but this amazing four- part series really shows why. As well as documenting the migration of his London restaurant Fat Duck to Melbourne ( which is fascinating enough in itself) we find out how his recipes are conceived, the sacrifices he’s made for his food, the pressure on his team and just how hard it is to win three Michelin stars. Must- see.
