As well as doc­u­ment­ing the mi­gra­tion of his Lon­don restau­rant Fat Duck to Mel­bourne ( which is fas­ci­nat­ing enough in it­self) we find out how his recipes are con­ceived, the sac­ri­fices he’s made for his food, the pres­sure on his team and just how hard it is to win three Miche­lin stars. Must- see.
