Basically a more genteel version of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares, except with a posh Aussie lady and less swearing. In this ep Kerry Vincent engineers a turnaround for the fourth generation Schenk’s Family Bakery in Philadelphia. Like on Nightmares the top tip is to stop making a thousand different items badly, and start making a few things really well. Oh and tizzy the place up, naturally.
