HAND-ROLLED SUSHI WITH TUNA & WASABI

Us­ing fresh, lo­cally-caught south­ern bluefin tuna, Tas­ma­nian-grown wasabi, and de­li­cious sushi rice, Masaaki’s sushi is a smash­hit with vis­i­tors. The tuna is killed us­ing the Ja­panese Iki Jime method, which keeps the fish fresh and main­tains the qual­ity of the meat.
