The Win­ston’s lo­cal, free range baby back pork ribs are smoked in a Texas smoker us­ing lo­cal hard­wood and Wil­lie Smiths Ap­ple wood to pro­duce a mouth-wa­ter­ing flavour. It is pop­u­lar among din­ers for its ten­der meat cov­ered in a sticky maple glaze, which just falls off the bone.
