Step back in time to the 19th cen­tury where this week’s mys­tery item was first de­vel­oped.

It was used to cre­ate some­thing com­plex that has of­ten been thought of as the peak of el­e­gance.

Although, when you think too hard about ex­actly what it is ex­tract­ing it could make you a lit­tle squea­mish.

The ma­chine uses pres­sure to get its de­sired re­sult.

This item was made out of wood but that was not al­ways the case.

This item was found at the Ring Road An­tique Cen­tre in New Nor­folk.
