Re­leased in a can at the end of last year, Moo Brew’s Sin­gle Hop is 100 per cent Tas­ma­nian, us­ing Enigma hops from Bushy Park for flo­ral char­ac­ter­is­tics and a dash of bit­ter­ness, and Tas­ma­nian pale malt for body and a dry fin­ish.
