A lot work has been put into the unique, pre­mium Vin­tage Se­lect — and it shows. It has been de­vel­oped since 2012, and has an em­pha­sis on tra­di­tional English and French-style cider ap­ples. The sparkling Vin­tage Se­lect 2016 is a balanced, but at the same time com­plex, cider.
