The equal high­est-ranked sweet cider at the re­cent Taste of Tas­ma­nia, the Wild of­fers some­thing a bit dif­fer­ent from the run-of-the-mill ciders. The ap­ple cider has a funky, savoury struc­ture and is drier than a lot of its com­peti­tors. Sweet and re­fresh­ing, it goes great with smoked At­lantic sal­mon or trout.
