Daci & Daci’s gluten-free bread can’t be bought as a loaf, but any of the bak­ery’s de­li­cious break­fasts can be served on the pro­tein-heavy bread. Made with eggs as a base, and fea­tur­ing al­mond milk and co­conut flour, it comes out more like a cake than a bread.
