Daci & Daci Bak­ers’ tra­di­tional rasp­berry dan­ishes are made the right way. The dough for the but­ter pastry is fer­mented overnight cre­at­ing a depth of flavour, and the pas­tries are filled with cus­tard made from real vanilla beans and topped with rasp­ber­ries. Take one away for $6 or eat in for $7 with vanilla cream served on the side.
