Fresh­ness, qual­ity and sim­plic­ity are key com­po­nents of Fish Frenzy’s crowd-pleas­ing chips. The chips are made from high-grade Tas­ma­nian pota­toes, twice cooked in un­blended pure cot­ton seed oil to min­imise oil con­sump­tion, and served with plain salt. A small serve ($6) is enough to fill two peo­ple with a serve of Fish Frenzy’s fresh fish.
