To cre­ate this chicken, prawn, tofu and egg laksa ($18), the chefs at the ex­cit­ing new South East Asian restau­rant Mr. Good Guy, break down a Mar­ion Bay chicken for the stock and use tiger prawns from Queens­land. Time and ef­fort goes into the house made laksa paste, which is slowly cooked to max­imise flavour.
