Pop­u­lar Sala­manca eatery and bar, The Den, has two unique and pop­u­lar loaded fries op­tions avail­able. The Loaded Kim­chi and Ched­dar Fries ($13) have a house-made, aro­matic sauce made from spicy gochu­jang chilli paste, mirin and vine­gar tossed through with tasty ched­dar cheese and topped with onion and sesame seeds.
