LIFE MUST BE CELEBRATED
IT is appalling that proeuthanasia groups use a timehonoured phrase, “dying with dignity’’ as their own slogan.
In 48 years working with dying fellow humans, to impart dedicated palliative and allied care along with caring family becomes a joyful celebration of life. Then “dying with dignity’’ through genuine efforts of palliative medical, nursing and family care until their last breath becomes a living inspiration for all concerned facing our own daily life/death challenges.
