WHAT A BEASTLY STATE OF DECLINE

Sunday Tasmanian - - News | Letters -

UNFORTUNATELY for many of Tasmania’s beautiful native species, the depiction of dire circumstances does not make for pleasant Sunday night viewing.

Huge declines in wombat, Tasmanian devil and spotted quoll populations are unpleasant but necessary conversation points.

It would be a shame if David Attenborough’s Tasmania became the only way future generations were able to view such precious species. Ben Rushton Taroona
