Giving back to the community
MCGRATH Caloundra has proudly donated more than $75,000 to 78 not-for-profit organisations since January 1, 2017, as part of its Community Giveback Campaign.
For every property sold by McGrath Caloundra, $500 is given to a local community group, with $250 donated by the sales agent/s and $250 matched by the office.
The organisations, selected by the client, have included Bloomhill Cancer Care, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Pacific Lutheran College among others.
“We pride ourselves on our whole-hearted commitment to our local community and our $500 Community Giveback is an extension of so many other volunteer initiatives and charity events our team are involved with,” McGrath Caloundra principal Jodie Hedley-Ward said.
“The Community Giveback program has been warmly embraced by our clients who message us constantly to share all the unique and wonderful ways that the money has gone on to ripple out into the community and help do amazing things.
“It is such a privilege to work with so many exceptional not-for-profit groups in this way and our team relish the fact that they get to contribute to so many different groups throughout the year.”
A Community Giveback Afternoon Tea took place on Friday, April 27 at the McGrath Caloundra office and was attended by representatives from these organisations:
