Touch of brilliance at titles

Sunshine Coast Daily - - LOCAL SPORT | TOUCH FOOTBALL -

THERE was plenty of action at Bokarina during the past week, for the National Youth Championships.

It was one of four touch football tournaments to be held at the same time at Sunshine Coast Stadium and the Kawana Sports Precinct.

The competition attracted the best young players in the country and Queensland teams were right in the thick of the action.

The state’s school sport 18 years girls team dominated a game against the New South Wales combined side early in the event.
